Nothing is good; everything is evil. Mental harassment due to rigid time and a lousy culture. HR and other team members harassed you after you resigned, acting as though you were unfamiliar with the organisation. Every month deducted money of excuses name Memo ..lol There is no managerial control, which is why everyone engages in dishonest politics across the board. The worst experience ever.

Good team, training is available - though not to the point but efforts are taking.

Too many bosses, GM/Segment Head, President, Cheif Revenue officer and nobody takes responsibility if anything goes wrong. They straightway denies saying "maine to nahi bola tha, isne bina puchhe order laya, toh ab kya kar sakte hai" and then you are culprit in the eyes of management, however if anything is good they takes credit saying "sir maine pichhe lag ke karake liya" to much influence of management in day to day jobs. I worked here for more than 9 months and after resigning my manager told me to arrange one person for my position and handover all charge. And then we will consider your 3 months notice period will be lessened to one month and i agreed on that after all work company did not give my two months salary which is around 80 thousand. I personally recommend don't do job in such company just because you are not getting any other job....Read More

Some retired persons are there,they taking faltu review of new joined employee,not giving proper responsibility,some old employee they joined as operator and they are manager there,no proper planning there,no job security employee coming here leaving reputed organisation after joining within two months they taking faltu review and terminating without any benefit,some employee becomes jobless who is responsible for this situation,owner also hearing from Nair and terminating employee,very bad politics from some old employee...Read More
