One of the worst company i never seen. HR and management by Ranganath was horrible. Because my colleagues everyday saying Manager is a big psycho and never been think like a Manager. They think like a beggar including HR dept.

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. Dislike means I have so much to say, mainly thing is they didn't recognize our work & hard work and we don't have as much pay as we were expecting and also for bonus time they didn't pay at the exact time and for late-ins issue they directly cut our salary, and many more to say about dislikes.

There is nothing like this but a small request, the salary you give us is not enough for the present expenses. You need to determine the basic salary for the new employee. Because old employees are given the same salary as the new employees. We are happy if we fix it a bit.
