Had the worst experience working here I was force to give resign here. Too much politics in this this centre. Due to one person everybody has to suffer. One person the floor coordinator will be sitting in Mam's room for hour and will be gossiping about the employees. No work culture here.

I joined initialy for salary only.

Dislikes

No. Of things Poor management.(Center Head), very unprofessional behaviour. Center head used to deny even their own said words. Work ethics are poor too. Very limited access to important softwares. Not recommended to a ln accountant specialy. There are no celeberation 0 budget for celeveration. Even some old employees use to defame new young employees. Etc.

No appreciation for Hard work only favourite staff gets rewarded only criticism and partiality can not enjoy personal life no emergency leave worst management centre head(senior doctor)is very lightly towards patients not taking responsibility,, playing politics toxic environment and very toxic staff back stabbing mental harrasment by the staff HR won't help
