Here IT assistance is so bad. Here is no planning of IT on the system for new joiner on non payroll which I have seen in for other who are not come on payroll and if you will face any issue in your hardaware like battery etc then for repairing, here they will take 3-4 months, other wise you have to take approval of CXO for immediatesolution which is not you will get genrally. And in holidays are 3 from company side which are 26 jan, 15 Aug and 2 oct no other leaves here, and if you want to take leaves then you have to use your Pl which is 18 p/y.
