I worked in Indira for more than 2 years. N still I miss my job. Work environment is just like a family who works professionally. If any one wants to make career in medical line then Indira IVF is just a perfect place . We only need to have some patience with hard and smart work.

No leaves , can fire any time, worst salaries, do something say something ,no commitment ,don't trust their words, think employees as animals. No respect of doctors. Morons supervising doctors by hours not work quality , politics and back biting , worst employee culture ,gender harassment , treat pathologist as third grade docs

Mentally torture job. No care of Employees. No job gaurantee, No future in this job. Manager are doing only politics with Employees. Docotrs are only shouting on coordinator. Na care of patients. HR is not with you at any more. Fake work place certification. Only money making business plan.

Mentally Harrsament in this job. HR is not helping you. No job gaurantee. DOCOTRS are playing politics. No weekly off. No emergency leave, every time they want medical certificate, your replacement of working. No emergency leave if taken you will be fired.
