There is no job security Sometimes higher authority can sometimes tell you to go home No talking care of the staff Even if someone dies in your house They ask when he will come back.

I joined initialy for salary only.

No. Of things Poor management.(Center Head), very unprofessional behaviour. Center head used to deny even their own said words. Work ethics are poor too. Very limited access to important softwares. Not recommended to a ln accountant specialy. There are no celeberation 0 budget for celeveration. Even some old employees use to defame new young employees. Etc.

The team is not welcoming. You are not briefed about stuff that are new to but by default loaded on u. Seniority here counts as per the aging in the company nog the hierarchy. Very high on groupism. Your very inclusive environment and people are full of themselves. Pathetic as it gets

Morons supervising doctors by hours not work quality , politics and back biting , worst employee culture ,gender harassment , treat pathologist as third grade docs

Mentally torture job. No care of Employees. No job gaurantee, No future in this job. Manager are doing only politics with Employees. Docotrs are only shouting on coordinator. Na care of patients. HR is not with you at any more. Fake work place certification. Only money making business plan.
