Dislikes

Nothing about Dislike quality all is well all members and staff work together as family members..I m happy as part of company. But 1 point I dislike they deducted 1 Day payment as RH holiday 2019_20 in 2021 as per Ess system not allowed selected more than 3 Rh in year then how can deducted 4th Rh payment?

Work Details

I was working since 2016...at the start I was some struggle because I don't have any accounting experience but I learn here lots of thinks and improve my skills.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
