Worst experience ever experienced within my training period only,in just 1 month. It was not expected from such a reputed brand because of only one person. Center head. The good part was work was good. I learnt new things there, staff was good, i learnt new things which was good part, even i was enjoying doing that. But only because of that single lady. It was so much toxic to stay there! I was working there because there is brand name in market but the center head made the clinic environment so much toxic, you people can imagine if someone who needs job and if she is leaving within 1 month of training, you guys can think the toxicity because mental health is much more important than anything else! The team is not welcoming. You are not briefed about stuff that are new to but by default loaded on u. Seniority here counts as per the aging in the company nog the hierarchy. Very high on groupism. Your very inclusive environment and people are full of themselves. Pathetic as it gets
