Very good work environment and culture. Teammates art supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good. Appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

The department of ignou is the best place for working & learning. I love the fact that I am a part of the department. working culture of the dept is very nice & there is no corruption. It was the golden period of my life.
