Yeah. I have enjoyed my career experience at Indira very much. Everything is perfect. Work environment, teammates, FDPs, guest lectures, events everything is totally enjoyable.

Dislikes

Some salary issue are there. Means we can't say that we will get salary every month. Sometimes there is gap of two to three months. But actually everybody enjoy this thing also by making rumors everyday that today we will get salary of any particular month. Not much issue.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
