The best thing there is it's an ocean of learning. You can never ever learn enough as there is so much to gain. Only condition is if you are willing to do so.

Dislikes

The worst thing there is you never get appreciated of whatever good,better or best you do,

Work Details

It was really exiciting. I have worked on the machineries which is not even visible at civil organisations. And the feeling that your work is now performing in space is outstanding.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
