Teammates are not supportive, management is very poor. No increament in the salary, no appointment letter. No respect for the teacher.

Good comfort zone was created well by the organization...Appraisal not sure to which extent they will take into account.obviously with no politics we can survive there since being in an competitive world.work environment is good.growth is there if u enhance you by working on it.

Dislikes

You can't expect team coordination at all the time.partiality is maintained by the coordinators.very tough to mingle with the experienced staffs.

Work Details

The work was good and exciting . The best part is creating a bond between the children and the parents.Thing which was disgusting was the other staffs getting jealous or talking at the back of you even if you don't mind, it will be a stress at some point.

Great place to learn, test your skills and hone them. Opportunities to develop new skills.

No proper recognition. Opportunities for growth up the ladder is very rare. Very poor employee retainment measures. Leaves permission etc completely dependent on how lucky you get with your department head. Salary and increment are definitely not sufficient for the work one puts in. Fee received from kids and relative teacher payment are miles apart. Most of the time when someone tries to leave,they do nearly nothing to stop them. Justvan eyewash hr talk is done to retain staff. Poor people management. Always understaffed and existing staff almost always need to take up extra work with no extra payment. Only newbies who plan on jumping to better opportunities may prefer here....Read More
