Being a naive fresher, I was drawn to the glitzy picture the management painted. It’s when you first walk into the doors of this institution, is when you realise that first impression aren’t always lasting. Between the clashing egos and a stinking bureaucratic attitude of the management, the staff feels like being a tennis ball being thrown around. Although everything does have its redeeming qualities, the first couple of years were a great learning experience, if you don’t mind sacrificing any form of social life you have. I can honestly say the first two years I worked at this institution were a real game changer and I have learned a whole lot. But with everything said I wouldn’t recommend anybody looking for a long term career option to give this institute a shot!!! Cheers!...Read More
