Work Details

For the first three year I worked as a jr. Agronomist for the promotion & development (demonstration,farmers meeting,farmers training etc) of Indian potash Ltd project "Potash For Life".Then I promoted to started sales & marketing as jr. Sales officer.

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

overall good with excellent company culture. Career growth opportunities are good. Work satisfaction good but due to lack of staff have to handle lots of things.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)
