Horrible work culture. No timings and you have to work even on Sundays and public holidays. And also should be available over a call when you are on leave. Variable pay is worst. They don't pay single penny even if you meet standards. No appraisals and timely payment. They simple terminate the employees with out proper reason .

The friends you make at IPAC are amazing. As 95% of people employed here are under the age of 30, it is a place where a young Graduate can make friends easily. You also get to learn if you really want to.

Dislikes

The organisational structure is horrible. Upper management treats people like replaceable. Nobody has value. Toxic workplace with 0 work life balance. My manager called me past midnight multiple times that could have waited till next morning. I worked for 21 days straight out of office, even on Sunday. I worked there for an entire year and had no appraisal at all. They have the worst appraisal cycle....Read More
