Join I-PAC when u have no option left for other jobs, no work timing, you will be asked to work in nights, Sundays, and even on holidays. And never get in hope to get variable part and appraisal, this year i am still waiting in the hope to at least initiate the process.

Horrible work culture. No timings and you have to work even on Sundays and public holidays. And also should be available over a call when you are on leave. Variable pay is worst. They don't pay single penny even if you meet standards. No appraisals and timely payment. They simple terminate the employees with out proper reason .

Quite frankly the rot starts all the way at the top, with some absolutely awful personalities with serious s*xual offences and pending POSH cases who possess the strongest superiority complexes known to mankind. This is not a woman and intellect-friendly organisation. RUN!

1.) No work life balance. You are 24*7. Managers call you at 3-4 am also for work. 2.) HR is very incompetent and functions without an HR degree. 3.) The leadership team believes in hierarchy and gives you any kind of work 4.) They put employees in hotels for months. 5.) Salaries and reimbursements are not given on time. 6.) You have to be a multitasking employee for the company rather than you also have to complete your work on time. No work profile matching here as u assigned for you. No time limits and weekend as per working at domain.
