Excellent office culture with a good environment and most of all working freely in your own responsibility. It's realy an excellent company which takes care of its employees better than some others.

Dislikes

Nothing. It's an organisation which follows and maintenances its norms and regulations well, sometimes it's harder and sometimes it's smooth than other companies but those are the company's rules, nothing more that.

I have been working there for the last 8 years. Special, the working environment of this organization is very nice. My entire working experience is very nice. My team leader is very supportive and always guides in proper ways.

Dislikes

Honestly speaking i have no complaints about anything. But 'some employees bin our department are getting the higher salary than us. They do the same work as us that we do. Please think about it and solve this issue as soon as possible.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
