You meet some good people from great academic and professional backgrounds.

Dislikes

Quite frankly the rot starts all the way at the top, with some absolutely awful personalities with serious s*xual offences and pending POSH cases who possess the strongest superiority complexes known to mankind. This is not a woman and intellect-friendly organisation. RUN!

1.) No work life balance. You are 24*7. Managers call you at 3-4 am also for work. 2.) HR is very incompetent and functions without an HR degree. 3.) The leadership team believes in hierarchy and gives you any kind of work 4.) They put employees in hotels for months. 5.) Salaries and reimbursements are not given on time. 6.) Dislikes

Lack of discipline up to highest level in hierarchy, kids are running the organisation and deserving people are purposely kept down for some reason. Too much of gatekeepers in almost all the teams, typical high school environment not even college. Overall, it’s an experience you will never forget. If you want a break and still want to earn and raise your package, perfect place to join.
