1.) No work life balance. You are 24*7. Managers call you at 3-4 am also for work. 2.) HR is very incompetent and functions without an HR degree. 3.) Horrible work culture. No timings and you have to work even on Sundays and public holidays. And also should be available over a call when you are on leave. Variable pay is worst. They don't pay single penny even if you meet standards. No appraisals and timely payment. They simple terminate the employees with out proper reason .
