It all depends on individual how he take honorship in company. Trust between employees and superior play vital role. From 2006 onwards this link weaken might be justified but truth is strong link to security skill etc

There is no reason to dislike IOCL but link of trust between employees and superior needs to be further strengthen. To get best of employees, outsourcing needs to be curved because replacement is not solution. One has to analyze the reason of failure in a team than too many replacement can be avoided. This culture needs to be inculcate from grass roots.
