Environment is very good. Of course Indian Oil has great Leaders from the top of Colleges of India i.e. from IIT, NIT etc. so much is leaning from them for future and growth. Not so much to learn from work coz not too much work to do. Nothing to grow technically. not good in term of appraisal/ increment. I will recommend for those who is still learning ad want a pocket money job.
