This is a part of Indian armed force which comprise of Indian army , Indiana air force, and Indian Navy . together it's called Defence who protect our nation round the clock. This organisation teach us how to be in discipline and keep ur junior too and so on ...

Dislikes

Nothing it was there which is to be disliked. Disliking indicates negative feelings which most of us does not have. Very good atmosphere of working with our teammates.it is a central government job so salary is as per govt scale.

Work Details

I had been deployed for different task as per requirement in the service since my joining. I looked into security also as a security officer.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
