It is a place to learn almost anything and everything. The resources and Infrastructure available is almost at par with the best in the world and there is a huge scope to do path breaking research.

As a PhD student and project engineer, professors are terrible in aerospace engineering department as managers i.e. managing work, timelines etc.

Dislikes

No clarity about project execution. Frequent delays in deadlines. Horrible attitude of professors towards students and project staff regarding work and timelines.

The salary package is not up to the standards. The work culture is not good. The higher rank colleague harasses the newcomers. He doesn't know how to talk, always has mood swings, and also shouts at the newcomer.
