A place of lot of opportunities, experienced faculties and devoted staff who work for the betterment of the students by providing them internships and placements.

Dislikes

I like the job I am doing, hence nothing much to dislike.

Nothing much to say.

Dislikes

There is no single benefit for the employees. No EPF, Insurance, Gratuity, Paid Leave, no yearly Appraisal, Bonus etc., They even don't provide salary slip for what they pay to the employees & it will not be credited in Bank account will pay by cheque even after 8th of every month, sometimes more than 1month delay in salary payment. Work culture is very bad. No respect for the work & employees.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
