Motivating team members. Flexible timings. Importance for new process insights implementations. Annual functions. I would like to thank my reporting manager for his unconditional support throughout my career with Indian Eagle. At some point of time, we need to move on but after spending 7 years at Indian Eagle it's really hard to doso. Well I would like to thank my fellow colleagues as well those who have supported me during ups and downs. I will miss my team and hope to rejoin back once am back from my personal problems are done. They need productivity from employees, but they're least cared about paying what employees deserves... They're more interested in your personal life rather than your performance at work
