6 days WFO, 10 hours to work, 1 week off, no work life balance, no cab facility, no cafeteria, no mobile allowed, 2 years bond (making you a slave), taking up your original 10th memo. Located in Banjara Hills Old Mansion building - seems like we are not working in BPO but at govt. office. Water coolers not working, atleast we expecta cold water during summers, lift not working, we have to use stairs, washrooms stinks no ventilation. AC floor is being closed due to some senior executives ordering the security guy to switch off it. But we tell them to on it they decline it, which creates a suffocation on the floor....Read More

Job Security Remuneration Nice environment Sabbatical options in case of emergency I considered as its my best place where I learnt so many things. Process knowledge Service to customers is a priority.

I joined during the 2nd wave of Covid. Process training was smooth and friendly. Enjoyed working in Night shifts. Within a year promoted to quality analyst role with the support of the seniors and top management. Got a decent hike with lot of motivation. Thank you for everythings guys!
