It's an autonomous body of Govt.of India so there is no issue of job security, it's like Central govt. Office and all rules and bye-laws of Central Secretariat service applied in all cadres except IAS/IOS/IRS Allied services. And work culture is as competitive as in MNC and as Management tactics and lobbies everywhere. But above all every employee from bottom to Top is secured and financially satisfied after 7th Pay Commission....Read More

Dislikes

Nothing most of the things. But only exposure to the other Ministry or public dealings, liasioning. Talent is taken for granted. Flattering is high. Lobbying, castism, etc. are as usual but main drawback. That's why I quitted after my qualified service tenure for full benefits of pension and medical.
