Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and management is transparent. Appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

My process is handling settlement activity and since my team is in Mumbai and I m located in Chennai as my native is Chennai . It is difficult to connect vpn as the main server is in Mumbai

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
