Less micro-management and no disturbance beyond working hours

Dislikes

Lack of leadership and vision, absolute breakdown of systems and processes, snooping on personal lives, spreading misinformation and lies leading to personal vilification, presence of mentally challenged and illogical and under-qualified people as Heads of Departments. The organisation is like a ship without a radar, a runner with speed but no velocity and bears resemblance to unguided missile.

Political environment. Please don’t join here and spoil career. DG only listens to one person only called A L O K who has spoiled the office environment and continuously doing so. No young generation will stay here due to such people. Everybody in the office is simply disgusted with him. Torturous environment.

Work life balance is good at this place. Administration and higher officials are very supportive. Work culture is supportive and comfortable. Overall a good place to work and manage personal life together.
