There is lot of work which which no use. Many restrictions in events which unable to upkeep your vision. There is no time limits and no new ideas or work to grow ur skill

Excellent work environment. Every one always keen to support the new comers. There are various instalation like cafeteria, sports club, swimming pool. Good salary to attract others to join Army.

Dislikes

Separation from family members. A No of boundation and policies does not solve the issues. Due to deificiency in trade roaster, one can not resign easily.

Work Details

Work life in Indian Army is very excellent. There are formal training at various span. I learnt a lot on job. I wear a No of dresses of various pattern as suggested from time to time by IA.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
