Exposure to Extreme Conditions: Soldiers often have to work in extreme weather conditions, such as the harsh cold of Siachen Glacier or the intense heat of desert postings, which can take a toll on physical and mental health.

Likes

All professional work in the Army has been clearly specified in the Standing Order Procedure. Hence, no problem at all. Smoothly working in the Artillery organization since 1996 an I am fully happy and satisfied in my trade work. I have like it.

Dislikes

Command, control and man handling with comparison to other organization on officer level is not good.

Its great experience and satisfaction of my life that I was joined the Indian Army as Solider in Dec 1994 the golden period of my life begins in Indian Army as a Solider and achieve all the benefits and rights of life and was retired as Subedar after completion of 30years Service.

Something was dislike in my Experience but not mentioned in this time because not important to write down for any review. So its such like nothing.

I think if soldier do his trade work is very best but seniors ordered to other working and buddy duties is a bed system each units.
