You have got the opportunity to mingle with people who come from various states and know about their traditional style and culture. In defence force we don't have caste,creed system all are equal. When we go to different states we come to know how these people live and their livelihood. and their standards of living.

Dislikes

It's a place where they mould the young civilian guy and taught various types of lessons during training and make him perfect person. Their is no question for dislikes. Once it's ordered everyone should obey it. Nothing like that likes and dislikes.

The most fascinating think I liked about IAF is the work life balance.

I have served my country for mare than 20 years and I did not see anything that I did not dislike

I love being part of Indian Air Force as it is different from rest of the Schools of my Valley.Teammates are very cooperative and competitive and one gets to learn many skills there.The salary is paid on time and one works at ease.Above all respect and freedom to work is given to every individual.

There is nothing to hate about Indian Air Force,it is Just a multi cultural hub!

It is a very healthy organization to work. Facilities provided by the organization are very useful and due care is always taken by the organization to grow the newly recruited Air warriors.

Working environment is authoritative and sometimes works under stress with sub standards supervisors. Lengthy cycle of promotion especially in Non tech trades among below officer rank.

As Air force concern with our national security there can not be write any thing against it. Also there are no negativity with this organization. Its a great organization so whatever less negative side is there, they are parts of its discipline.
