One of the finest quality organization and I really enjoyed the most as my different roles such as technical supervisor , security officer, personnel co-ordinating officer and section incharge. It's my first job and I love it much

Dislikes

Frequently posting which affects my children studies as they are in higher education and it is the real time of their career progression so I wouldn't want to disturb them

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
