People are not taken care, treated bad and abused and threatened by some of the Leaders and it is not corrected and encouraged by leadership. They take advantage of the situation of employees that they are sole bread winners and will have no choice but to endure, and treat them poorly and take them for granted. Working hours are hectic, work on weekends too. Zero work life balance. Pay is poor for the junior and mid-level and high at the Sr. and top level. Growth opportunities ? Fair treatment ? It is a typical service sector company where you will be indirectly monitored and judged basis the number of hours you spend in the office rather than on your work, your entry and leaving timings will be monitored. Company’s CMO itself is a hypocrite person who in the name of flexibility himself says that if your manager wants to sit here till 6, rather sit till 8 to satisfy his ego.
