India Vision foundation team work is very strengthen. In between job I am conduct a training about creche inside prison children upbringing.job security and career I thought after a limit of timing employees goes to moved. Of course appraisal is done ten percent of salary in a year. Work environment is very good inside office 👌.

Not any in particular pin for dislike inside work ..all of good some challenges are faced of me so maybe everyone get faced chalenge any job.

Hectic because I am regular working in prison it's hectic for me daily with criminals. It's gave very collective positive energy.

I works as project coordinator in Dasna prison, works with all beneficiaries on 3S model Sikhsha, Shankar, skill development.

Absolutely nothing. Will not recommend it at all.

Complete unprofessional set up with no human values . Very poor treatment to employees. Harassed by one of the trustees.

Work Details

The work culture is suffocating with the founder and trustees pampering their egos. And employees tortured with inhuman working facilities and being yelled and screamed at.
