The top management is headless chicken.. there is no transparency and no new ideas are invited or appreciated.

It's a babu company where radio is the most neglected wing. They are clearly strong and balanced with Aaj tak and headlines today but earlier as Oye fm and then as Ishq fm they have proved the imbalance especially after hiering the business head and the current mumbai programming head they have proved how they think. For the first time in my career I have seen mass resignations in a company (where employees quit giving random reason) and only the radio business head and programming head survived....Read More
