1. It is very good organization for working and learning. Employees and colleagues are well supportive during the New project takeover. 2. India Nippon is the leading manufacturer in ignition system for Two/Three wheeler. 3. Maintaining good quality of products. 4. Very good and hygienic food.

Dislikes

1) There are no, much growth (salary and carrier) when I was working those period. Now I heard much better. 2) Six days working culture for R&D staffs. 3) There are no flexible timings.

Work Details

My activity in INEl as follows. New product design, Testing, Implementation, Failure part analysis, Drawing release. Which will be a great working experience in INEL.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

1.No career growth here, here people have joined as assistant engineer and after 5 year's also they have not been promoted. 2.Also yearly increment is less than 1500rs. 3. Also the increment will be finalized after August only. in 2020 they did not provide increment and 2021 increment was provided in August 2021 4. From 2018 to 2021 the increment was less than 2000. 5. For performer and non performer the increment is less than 2000 only...Read More
