Prior to joining India IVF, I was working at another IVF centre as an IVF specialist where I often felt dishearten due to the lack of transparency and ethical practices. At India IVF, I feel satisfied and secure as the organization places a strong emphasis on ethical and transparent practices. Entire operations being paperless and digital including the clinical part. Robust paperwork to safeguard ourself from any litigation. I am learning new procedures and have gained lot of confidence in handling difficult procedure like poor ovarian reserves, failed IVF etc...Read More

Far from my home daily it takes 1.5 hrs on one side to commute to the workplace

There is nothing to like .Company wish to hire robots . Fire people like non living things with almost no reason . They are pro in hiring and firing . If you are career oriented I recommend not to join the company . Company is not clear with their plan and actions wasting employee’s and their time . There is no one in the companywho are currently working and not got termination letter once. In fact People who work there have pathetic feedback . Environment is toxic . Salary comes on 20 of-the month . Timings are such strict if you are 2 mins late you are fired also they deduct your hard earned money if you are 15 mins late. Don't worry about the post as whatever post you are working there are almost all the employees to interfere and judge you as because of so much of hiring and firing people are doing every job for the survival . Nothing is steam-lined .they will call you irregular but they themselves are irregular since years . I wish the company good luck as for sure company is gonna run on luck only ....Read More
