No OT, if you come and work Saturday or any holidays, you will get comp off only. They don't give OT. Cafeteria very worst. Food quality also worst. One year agreement and you will submit your original 10th or 12th Mark sheet. You don't get any employee benefits(Tea, coffee also U get it from your money). Systems issue is one of the big issues. I worked 13 months. Last month only I got a permanent system. Past 12 months I roaming for system. I went to other team and ask to anyone leave that team. If leave, I take that one. You raise the complaint about system issue, they don't care about it. Simply said we will arrange next week or next month. But don't arrange system. System also very slow. They expect full production. But systems are very slow. Software issues. They won't consider that. Salary only Credited at 8 of month......Read More
