We have received independently work oppertunity in our field. The best thing to work here is they are giving time to get some new achievements.

Dislike, Employee benefits are not considering in organisation. They deduct small charges from employee salary. They specially plan how they deduct salary that they pay less than payouts. Left of salary, other employee benefits are not available in organisation. No future growth in firm.

Owner doesn't trust of his employees so they don't give any quality work of that.

The job is quite interesting!struggled a bit in the beginning as there was but later on it was great working with India Dye Chem.

Company is good, but its owner is not good. He always shout the staff members and always shows that Staff members are not perfect.

Dislikes

No job security is there and owner always demoralised to his Staff.

I was Accounts Manager there and my work profile was to check the bank status and arrange the fund from other account to clear our LC'S, status of our all sundry debtors and creditors and arrange the payment as per ageing wise of bills.
