Nothing to like anything about this company. This company has no proper work structure. The HR is not supportive at all. If you joined this company as an experienced person then there is no use of your expertise in this company. The HR will give you false commitments before joining of this company, but after joining you will come tounderstand the real picture of this company. The HR will not give you the salary structure on the offer letter....Read More

nothing to like anything about this company. before joining they have not cleared the exact business of this company and after the joining you will come to know the exact story. The top management is not good including all the HOD's of various departments and also the MD is not having the work ethics.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
