Their have poor facilities for workers and their have no job security and management threatened the lower level workers not healthy culture in ind swift

They don't deduct salary if you are late but you have to complete your 8 hours 30 minutes.

Dislikes

They dont follow any rules of government. They can change there policy anytime and force people to abide them and policies and rules are worst. They even forcibly signed a bond with me.
