Hybrid work week. The people. They are the ones that keep you going in a toxic environment.

Dislikes

The top management have no clue what they are doing. They are champions of going back on their word. No vision or commitment to long-term results. This trait is preached by all the CxO's. Spent a boat load of investors money to expand into international markets without a clue or research into how to break into those markets. Now they're retracting their ill made decisions. They do not listen to the leadership who suggest strategy. Blinded by their own ego. Hired in bulk based on bad forecasts and fired in bulk because of the same. Imagine a company product that helps drive efficiencies for other companies, cannot do the same for themselves. There is no proof in the pudding. They cannot be trusted. They assured folks that business is doing well and that we are truly lucky to have jobs in this market condition and we should be thankful to Increff for this (this is preached every week). Fast forward 2 weeks later, after months of silent firing, they decided to fire in bulk. The senior leadership has no confidence in them and some of the key players have left, in the process of leaving or shown the door.
