The salary benefits and incentives are nice as they are based on companies profit

Dislikes

The senior management such as the lead, manager and Vice president are totally biased as well as this company supports gender discrimination. Additionally they don't respect you and there is a hell lot of work pressure

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
