The company don't care about our concerns, the company works like a chameleon which change colour time to time. Its like using a tissue paper. The company doesn't care our hardwork, the concern agm in our dealership asks us cheat our customers and sell thevparts in orginal price and say to customers that we had discounted from oem price. "Incheon Group provided great support and took excellent care of the staff. It was one of the best dealerships in Kerala where I worked, and they looked after their employees very well. I am fully satisfied with the dealership, and the company offered excellent facilities and a great experience."

The company and infrastructure are excellent, but the sales pressure is high. Our dealership head does not take care of our staff and puts extra pressure on employees. He never listens to employees' problems, and most of the meetings are conducted after working hours, so we can't spend time with our families.
