Likes

Inchcape called as ISS is a best place to work. I would say it is a legendary company to work for. The management, the work culture the atmosphere i have never see in any other company i worked earlier.

I always like Inchcape and I talk about Inchcape always.

Work Details

I worked nearly 15 years in Inchcape it the best company to work for. I had a freedom, career growth, good salary, there was no micro management from top management. I enjoyed working with Inchcape. If i get an opportunity i will go back to Inchcape.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
