I met good people, My team was superb.

No job security, no projects, and the management is pretty irresponsible. They don’t seem interested in bringing in new clients or keeping the ones they have. Instead, they’re busy replacing experienced techies with fresh graduates and focusing more on advertising Nitin’s book than actually retaining clients.

Instead of praising old smart employees Incedo more believe on new people’s, which is completely wrong. New people join with almost double salaries while old loyal employees don’t even receive 10% appraisal

Good learning curve for freshers. Few days with low work pressure.

No bonuses. No pick up cab. No shift allowances for afternoon / evening shifts. No festive gift / bonus. Strict WFO. Uncooperative Leaders. Below average office environment. Food and canteens are below average. Underhiked / underpaid below industry standards.

*Skill Development department is good only as there is no politics there. *CEO of the company is an interesting guy as he will write books and force employees to buy and then reimburse it from his own pocket and make it as best seller. * INCEDO will surely ask Ambition Box to delete my comments.

Either you become a boot licker or leave the Job. First they will hire with sky rocketing promises and the ask to leave. *Most of the employees in Office are engaged in side business as they see no future in Incedo leading to extra pressure to genuine employees relying on Job and ultimately leading to burnout situation. Myself admitted hospitals many times and ultimately leave the job by paying from my own pocket for early release. *If you want to leave the company Sr. Management very politely & silently will try to stall your career making sure you don't get job so easily as they try every possible effort to malign your CV on Job portals. *Managers are worst in engaging employees as they are engaged in unethical practices in office with female counterparts. They will do nothing but come to office & show their supremacy. All responsibilities have to be taken by team leads and team players. *No flexibility to show your skills as different departments are enemies of each other to save their Job. They will come all guns blazing if you promote knowledge share culture. *Frequent change in HR Policy but HR departments themself will not follow it. It is for good freshers just for the 1st year but after that you should look for switch.

Work life balance. New management so much aggressive, they can't connect with reality and always unrealistic at ground level decision making. When it comes to appraisal they are at 8% which i believe lowest in industry for freshers. No add on benefits except for salary. No cab service for 9-5 people. No bonuses (in-kind and in-cash) anytime during the year. Managers might ask you to do stuff on diwali days as these people can't afford to pay for premium version of the software and can't automate the stuff. There are some projects wherein some managers are sitting for more than 7 to 8 years and have considered company as their maiyka they don't want to get up from their seats which is creating mess in the company, and I think everyone is suffering from this. Advice: Find those leads and managers who are now treating themselves as celebrity specially on 5th and 6th floor Many thanks 🙏

They dont have proper projects and they hire freshers and do layoff with very silly reason and they blackmail us to keep resignation , if raise our voice they will blackmail us to terminate, this incedo ruined my life and dreams tooo, they hire freshers from colleges and make to do some unwanted pocs and take out from the job

This is the worst organisation. No Job security from engineers to Directors. You don't know when your manager show his true colour to save Job and start micro management. People around in the team is just like more than "Yes Man". To save their job they will go to Manager's personal event and do as much b00tlicking as they can. Worst thing I saw in my career. HR are so reluctant any issue with employee engagement. They come, have team, do nothing and go. No accountability. Don't care who joins & who leaves the organisation. They just want their salary. Specially Gurgaon & Pune HR Team. No potential project to spent 5 years. Many Directors & Sr. Directors come and go as there is no potential works leading to instability in the team. Worst part is nobody want to work. A few people who works & run the projects are kept out of key decision making and sometime kicked out. Some people doing the jobs but don't have knowledge of that domain. The people have the knowledge of perticular domain have to do extra work. Promotion and increment based on the fact that what is your reachability to the management persons.

WORK-WISE 1. Don't expect any creative space 2. Stick only to the checklist provided 3. Any ideas in terms of improving a system is not at all entertained 4. Repeated tasks over and over AND 5. Tasks were completely unrelated from my work profile. I was given 5% to 10% of MLOps and repeatedly keep doing that over a period of 2 years. COMPANY WISE: 1. No Work bench policy, once on bench Internal team would try but no guarantee that you will get the new client. 2.
