Few staff is really good at their work.

Most of the departments are Purchasing medicines at MRP ( without giving discount) in the name of patient without the patients concent from their in house pharmacy /medical store. However All surroundings medical stores are giving discounts upto 15 percent. Till today they have purchased Rs. 8000 to 10000 without my knowledge style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. My colleague's are really helpful and co-operative.I have learned a lott while working in IMH critical area.Got opportunity to share my knowledge by taking lectures for critical care students.

Dislikes

In present scenario of covid ,workloads are way high,need to have registars as well increase in nursing staff. As hospital running good,and running full, we're expecting good hikes in salary.

Being doctor working in critical area,we have to face many challenges, and do love to solve it.we have to play many jobs at time as care giver, counseller,skilled persons to tackle emergencies.
