apart job security nothing in the company no growth financial and knowledge just ugly politics always around n loads of expectations nothing to expect in remuneration in name of the policy so better work for a year and move on dont expect anything they will give u apart salary and deduction the important factor in the salary

nothing to like in the company apart from job security by licking of the mgmt and favourism only furniture people who didnt grow technically but grew in other way by licking so always afraid of others when technically incompetent
