Simply its good . I have started my ed tech journey with Ims Proschool and still working with them , Its been more than 4 years and continue , Great place to work , learn and grow . every company has its Pros and Cons but with IMS Pros are many , so you won't realize Cons. so as of now nothing as such to dislike, honestly happy with all .

Its been 4 years working in this organization - which gave me all the opportunities to grow as an individual, opinions, and suggestions are valued. The best thing about the company is that you work in a stress-free environment, appreciated for experiments. And people are also supportive, especially management.

Dislikes

Sometimes the work is overloaded during peak seasons, and I would suggest that HR should bring some employee engagement activities and benefits.

The management considers the opinions of all levels. Be it a junior or top level employee. Working hrs are fixed but flexible time. One day is a half day. Targets given are achievable and random. Sales is driven by ethics and not like other institutes where sales is done only to achieve revenue target.

Dislikes

The salary may not be as attractive as other institutes but work life balance, balances out the salary requirement.

Supportive seniors and colleagues who encourage you to achieve your daily task and monthly targets, also the company has a good atmosphere and the work-life balance is stable.

Since it is been just 6 months, nothing much to say about the dislike for the company, but just a suggestion to the management to work on employee policies, rest everything is great!

There were moments where communication regarding project expectations or company policies was unclear, which led to misunderstandings. I found that there were limited opportunities for growth or skill enhancement within the company.
